Our Vision

Is to reach out and touch people of every age group with the agape love of God regardless of their position in life.
And, to direct these same people to eternal life through Jesus Christ.
And, to help every child of God identify, develop, and employ their God given gifts to help grow His Church.
And, to see a church filled with maturing Christians, whose lives are balanced by truth and love that reflects Jesus,

Who We Are

This fellowship of believers is a southern baptist church and is made up men and women who know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and have committed themselves to serving Him by reaching out to men, women and children with His love.
We strongly believe that churches really do grow warmer through fellowship, deeper through discipleship, stronger through worship, broader through serving and will ultimately grow larger through evangelism.

Our Core Values

Briefly, we hold to these essentials, which are:
 A.The Inspiration and Infallibility of Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
B. The Holy Trinity – God is the only true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, Sons and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory. (Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2)
C.The Deity of Christ (including His Virgin Birth) (John 1:1; Colossians 2:9)
D. The Substitutionary Atonement of Christ’s death (Romans 3:24-25)
    (1)    Substitute for all
    (2)  Redemption
    (3)  Satisfaction for sin (propitiation)
    (4)  Reconciliation for all
 E. The Church – all who place their faith in Jesus Christ are immediately baptized by the Holy Spirit into one united spiritual Body – the Church, of which Christ is the Head. (1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Ephesians 1:22, 4:15; Colossians 1:18)
F. The Literal Resurrection of Christ from the dead (Acts 2:24; Ephesians 1:19-20)
G. The Literal Return of Christ in the Second Advent
    (1)    The rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:17)
    (2)  The tribulation (Matthew 24:21)
    (3)  The millennium (Revelation 20:6)
    (4)  The literal place called hell (Revelation 21:8)
    (5)  The literal place called heaven (Hebrews 11:10)
 H. The Value of Worship – worship should be spiritual and flexible, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide our worship. Worship should also be inspirational, and therefore great emphasis should be placed on music in our worship service. Worship should be intelligent and thereby put special emphasis on the teaching of the Word of God. The worship of God should result in lives noticeable filled with Agape love. (Psalm 33:1-3, 147:1l; Ephesians 5:19 )
 I. Baptism and the Lord’s Supper – two ordinances which have been committed to the local Church. Christian baptism (by immersion) and the believers’ celebration of the Lord’s Supper. (Matt. 3:13-17; 26:26-30; 28:19-20; Mark 1:9-11; 14:22-26; Luke 3:21-22; 22:19-20; John 3:23; Acts 2:41-42; 8:35-39; 16:30-33; 20:7; Romans 6:3-5; 1 Corinthians 10:16,21; 11:23-29; Colossians 2:12)
 J. The Family ~ we value being actively involved in family life, through strengthening the family unit with understandable biblical teaching, which defines and guides both marriage and parenting skills. We aspire to see children raised in accordance with God’s redemptive plan through Jesus Christ. We strive to help families reflect the image of Jesus for all to see. (Deut. 6:4-9Eph. 5:18-6:4Eph. 5:22-6:4Col. 3:18-212 Tim. 3:10-17)
